I am obsessed with all things health and nutrition. This began about 5 years ago when I made a lifestyle change and became a vegetarian. I started working out, watching what I ate- and WALA…I started to feel better. Suddenly my stomach aches and bloating went away. It’s amazing to me how when one becomes educated and small changes are made, how big of a difference there is in the way you live day to day. It has been a couple of years since I began my Yoga practice. I can remember my first Bikram class like it was yesterday. The fact that I made it all the way through was the best part. Now, pushing through the poses while maintaining breath is what matters the most. Balance of the mind and body is what gets me through my everyday life.

My goal for this blog is not to change anyone, but to invite them on my path! I have a passion for healthy nutrition and awareness among all and can’t wait to share with you what I live for. Stop wasting time, and begin your life today!
