I am obsessed with all things health and nutrition. This began about 5 years ago when I made a lifestyle change and became a vegetarian. I started working out, watching what I ate- and WALA…I started to feel better. Suddenly my stomach aches and bloating went away. It’s amazing to me how when one becomes educated and small changes are made, how big of a difference there is in the way you live day to day. It has been a couple of years since I began my Yoga practice. I can remember my first Bikram class like it was yesterday. The fact that I made it all the way through was the best part. Now, pushing through the poses while maintaining breath is what matters the most. Balance of the mind and body is what gets me through my everyday life.
My goal for this blog is not to change anyone, but to invite them on my path! I have a passion for healthy nutrition and awareness among all and can’t wait to share with you what I live for. Stop wasting time, and begin your life today!
I am eager to actively make this world a happier, more educated, healthier place one post at a time.

Great introduction to your blog and your reasons for starting it! I look forward to reading all your posts, and contributing if you see a way for me to do so.
Sarah you look amazing! I am so proud of you! You have dream t a dream and now you are chasing it down. Time is not slowing for any of us and we have to seize momentum and keep running with it. You have been living a healthy life style for quite sometime now. It is a beautiful thing for me to see the growth. I was there when you decided to go vegetarian and then having to defend yourself to others who tried to mock your growth. You are living your truth, and you are sharing it with the world, such a beautiful thing. Don’t let up, keep pushing forward and never stop being you.
