How was everyone’s weekend!? The weather was nothing short of amazing! With that said, I took advantage of the outdoors as much as I could between birthdays and Mothers day. Saturday I went to my nephews birthday which as you can see Thomas the train was all the rage! My sister is crafty- and her DIY decorations were amazing! If you ever need a party planner, she is your gal. Sunday was Mother’s Day! I took my pup Khloe for a morning run and spent the rest of the day cooking and eating way too much!!

Being a vegetarian I find that it’s easier to make my own meal that everyone can snack on, instead of starving through every party! My mixed berry salad and vegetarian chili beans were delicious! Recipes to follow! Hope you all had a great weekend….Here’s to a new week. Fresh start.

Remember: The only workout you’ll ever regret is the one you didn’t do…. Let’s do this!
